Responsibilities Concrete grinding, polishing, and epoxy flooring installation Crack repairs, joint filling, edge grinding Operate vacuums and maintain clean work areas Store and account for tools/equipment Communicate professionally with team and clients Requirements Experience in epoxy flooring & concrete polishing (required) Valid driver's license & authorized to work in the U.S. 18+ years old, dependable, and safety-focused Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physical environments Nights/weekends availability when needed Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Benefits Paid bi-weekly 100% company-funded retirement plan Vacation & sick pay
