About Us Reliance Paving Inc. is a growing asphalt and concrete contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and public works projects throughout Southern California. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with our customers. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry. No estimating experience is required. We will provide hands-on training.
Position Summary:
As an Entry-Level Estimator, you will work directly with company leadership to learn all aspects of estimating asphalt and concrete projects. This is a career opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their work. You will be trained on how to: Read construction plans and specifications Perform quantity takeoffs Calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs Prepare professional proposals Communicate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Track bid opportunities and project schedules Assist with project management and job costing Learn industry standards, construction methods, and pricing
QualificationsRequired:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and professionalism Ability to learn quickly Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid California driver's license Preferred but not
