Responsibilities:
Lead and work hands-on with small crews Read and interpret blueprints/plans accurately Perform and supervise formwork, concrete walls, footings, flatwork, and finishing Handle carpentry and framing for concrete forms Maintain job site safety, quality, and daily productivity Coordinate materials and tasks with the team
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in concrete construction and formwork Skilled in reading construction plans and physically building from them Proficient in carpentry Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is essential Experience operating small heavy equipment (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.) is a plus
