Job Description

Delta Concrete is hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for a mix of private projects and prevailing wage opportunities , including sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, gutters, commercial sites, and residential work. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their craft and maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Responsibilities Perform high‑quality concrete finishing for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, pads, and flatwork Work on ADA‑compliant features (ramps, landings, transitions) — must know or be willing to learn ADA requirements Read and follow plans, grades, and layout (blueprint reading experience is a plus) Perform heavy lifting, digging, raking, forming, and general labor as needed Maintain a clean and organized jobsite: tools, materials, debris, and safety compliance Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to concrete work Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members Ask questions when unsure of task requirements to avoid mistakes and rework Follow all safety protocols at all times Requirements Experience as a Concrete Finisher (city sidewalks, curbs, gutters preferred) Knowledge of ADA compliance or willingness to learn Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Skilled with concrete tools, power tools, and equipment Ability to read plans is highly beneficial Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic What We Offer Prevailing wage pay on qualifying projects Consistent work on city, commercial, and residential jobs Opportunity for growth and skill development Strong, supportive team environment
Pay:
