Concrete Polisher (Experienced) Creekstone Resurfacing Inc Overview Creekstone Resurfacing is seeking an experienced Concrete Polisher to join our crew. This role is for professionals who understand concrete polishing from prep to finish and take pride in clean, high-quality results. We're not looking for entry-level labor. We want dependable, team-oriented people who know their trade, respect equipment, and show up ready to work. Responsibilities Perform concrete grinding, polishing, and surface preparation Operate concrete polishing equipment safely and efficiently Achieve consistent, high-quality finishes that meet project standards Prepare surfaces through proper grinding, cleaning, and repair as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Work closely with crew members to meet timelines and quality expectations Treat company tools, equipment, and vehicles with care Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Requirements Proven experience in concrete polishing (required) Strong understanding of surface prep, grinding, and polishing processes Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to perform physical labor and work on your feet for extended periods Punctual, dependable, and accountable Team-oriented attitude with a professional mindset Willingness to follow company policies, job site rules, and safety procedures Drug- and alcohol-free while on the job (zero tolerance) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent, full-time work (40 hours/week) Paid time off Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and skill Professional equipment and organized operations Long-term opportunity with a growing company that values quality work Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional schedule adjustments due to weather or project needs If you have real concrete polishing experience and are looking for steady work with a professional crew, we want to hear from you.
