The ideal candidate will have experience with various hand tools and a strong understanding of construction materials and methods. As a Cutter, you will be responsible for accurately cutting concrete and drilling, scanning, and demolishing according to specifications, ensuring quality and precision in every project. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to cut materials such as concrete and asphalt Read and interpret estimates to determine cutting specifications. Perform heavy lifting as required for moving materials into position for cutting. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance checks on cutting equipment and work truck to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience in construction or a related field, with specific skills in concrete cutting, drilling, and concrete scanning if available. Proficiency in reading paperwork is essential. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly. Familiarity with saws and drills for concrete cutting and drilling. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
