Concrete Finisher

Production Worker - Concrete Plant Join a hardworking production team in a fast-paced concrete manufacturing environment. This hands-on role supports daily concrete and precast operations by setting, filling, and finishing forms while maintaining a safe and clean work area. What You'll Do Set, fill, and grate concrete forms Strip, set up, and pour concrete beds with your crew Perform general concrete and precast finishing tasks Use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures accurately Work with Quality Control to meet product standards Maintain safety and housekeeping throughout the plant Rotate between departments as needed and support team goals What We're Looking For Experience in concrete, concrete finishing, or sheetrock finishing Ability to use hand and power tools safely Comfortable with physically demanding work and flexible hours Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-focused Willing to work overtime during busy seasons Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
