This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial developments to renovation sites, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge. As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist in the preparation, pouring, finishing, and finishing touches of concrete work, ensuring safety and precision at every step. This paid position welcomes motivated individuals eager to contribute to impactful projects while developing their expertise in the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications Set up and dismantle formwork and rebar frameworks using hand tools and power tools for structural support Operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps and mixers safely and efficiently on-site Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately Install rebar reinforcement, metal studs, and other framing components for concrete structures Conduct site cleanup, organize materials, and ensure all tools are maintained in good condition for safety and efficiency Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping systems Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with construction estimating processes and safety protocols on job sites Skills in rebar installation, metal stud framing Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs Join us to build strong foundations—literally!
