Paid Time Off (PTO) About the Role Rockslide Demo and Sawcutting LLC is hiring a Concrete Helper to support field demolition, concrete sawcutting, and general jobsite labor work. This role performs the same core duties as a Laborer, with added expectations for driving eligibility, jobsite communication, and reliable support on concrete-related work. Essential Duties Work safely with building materials, supplies, hand tools, power tools, and company equipment. Assist with concrete sawcutting, demolition preparation, cleanup, and related field labor tasks. Perform debris removal, sweeping, and jobsite organization. Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds. Work indoors and outdoors, including adverse weather conditions. Cooperate professionally with management, customers, supervisors, and crew members. Complete job-related paperwork and communicate jobsite concerns promptly. Use, clean, and maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a dependable team environment. Requirements Valid Driver's License required. Good DMV / Motor Vehicle Record required. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Minimum two (2) years of experience as a construction helper required. Must pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check. Reliable transportation required. Willingness to work long hours, nights, and weekends as needed. Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. Preferred Qualifications Construction, demolition, concrete, or sawcutting experience. Scissor lift and boom lift experience. Experience working on commercial jobsites.
