Concrete Laborer Pay:
$20-27 + 40-50 a day per diem + housing when traveling Job Description We are seeking skilled Construction Technicians for immediate involvement in both local and traveling projects. The role includes structural work and repair on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Perform concrete repair and demolition tasks. Execute concrete placement and finishing. Conduct waterproofing and apply coatings. Build formwork and perform carpentry duties. Replace rebar and install expansion joints. Apply caulking and coatings. Install carbon fiber reinforcements. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction, concrete works including pours and finishing. Experience with rebar, formwork, epoxy, and coating applications. Knowledge in carpentry, framing, and demolition. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of commercial construction experience preferred. Experience in farm work, landscaping, or other exterior labor environments is acceptable. Familiarity with larger construction sites and site safety is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment Candidates will initially work locally and subsequently travel for assignments up to 3 weeks at a time across Colorado, with per diem and lodging provided for travel over 70 miles from the shop. Current projects span Aspen, Telluride, Cortez, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver, with additional travel to Texas including Houston, Dallas, and Galveston. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
