Overview:

We're hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on heavy civil and bridge projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage field operations and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise field crews Manage day-to-day work on job sites Ensure safety, quality, and productivity Coordinate with project teams and keep work on track

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction Bridge experience is required Experience leading crews / foreman experience Must speak and understand English (Spanish is a plus) Reliable, punctual, and dependable Must have your own tools and transportation Valid driver's license Must pass a pre-employment drug test #
