Pay:

$22-$28/hr We are hiring Concrete Laborers to support water treatment facility projects across the Denver metro area. This is a long-term opportunity with a local, employee-owned company that specializes in water and wastewater construction. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn multiple trades and grow into a Craftsman role (welding, equipment operation, concrete, piping).

Job Duties:

Assist with concrete work including pouring, mixing, and finishing Perform rebar installation and tying Set up pumps and jobsite equipment Rake and level rock; scrape and move filter media (rock/sand) Load/unload and move materials on site Prep job sites and maintain safe, clean work areas Support skilled trades and team members as needed Follow all safety and compliance guidelines

Work Environment:

Working at water treatment facilities (semi-indoor environment) Team-based work (crew of 4+ on site) Physically active role in a commercial/heavy civil setting

Qualifications:

2+ years of construction experience (commercial or heavy civil preferred) Experience with concrete, landscaping, or pipe laying is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
