Denver, CO (must be willing to travel) Job Description We are seeking motivated Concrete Repair Laborers to support commercial concrete and structural repair projects. This role includes both local Denver-area work and travel-based projects across Colorado and out of state. Ideal candidates are hands-on, dependable, and interested in learning specialized concrete repair techniques. Required Skills (Needs) 1+ year of commercial construction experience Ability to perform demolition, concrete repair, and finishing Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and jackhammers Ability to apply epoxy, coatings, and waterproofing systems Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to 1 month at a time) Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong safety awareness on active jobsites Preferred Skills (Wants) 1+ year of commercial construction experience Experience in construction, preferably concrete or structural repair Experience with formwork, rebar replacement, and caulking Basic carpentry and framing skills Concrete finishing experience Experience working on large commercial job sites Bilingual / Spanish-speaking Work Environments Commercial structural and concrete repair projects Local Denver work followed by travel assignments Travel locations include Aspen, Vail, Telluride, Cortez, Crested Butte, and out-of-state projects such as Texas Lodging and per diem provided for jobs more than 70 miles from the shop Physically active role involving lifting, demolition, and tool use Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
