Concrete Project Coordinator Three Brothers Concrete Westminster, CO Job Details Full-time $25 - $28 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Three Brothers Concrete is a leading provider of concrete construction services, known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Concrete Project Coordinator to join its team. This in-office full time position starts at 7:00 AM and plays a vital role in supporting Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with daily coordination, scheduling, and communication for concrete construction projects Coordinate crew scheduling to ensure labor resources align with project requirements Manage material ordering, delivery tracking, and communication with vendors Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project budgets and timelines Assist with billing by gathering documentation, preparing billing packets, and ensuring invoice accuracy Prepare, track, and update project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes Distribute accurate drawings, specifications, and updated project information to field teams Maintain project schedules and assist with tracking project progress Support cost tracking, invoice review, and budget updates Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Assist with project closeout documentation and compliance requirements Contribute to safety documentation and tracking Provide general administrative support to the project team Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred 25 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with construction management software (such as Procore or similar platforms) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Experience in commercial concrete construction preferred Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout processes preferred Knowledge of job cost tracking and basic construction financial principles preferred Experience supporting field operations teams preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings preferred AIA billing experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonus opportunities Drug-free work environment Pre-employment background check Offered compensation: $25/hr - $28/hr Experience and License Requirements Commercial Concrete Construction (optional) Construction Project Coordination
