Location:
Washington DC Metro / Maryland (site-based, west of DC)Salary:
$100,000- $140,000 + truck allowance + gas card My client is a national self-perform structural concrete contractor expanding their Mid Atlantic operation off the back of major data center wins.
The role:
Run the project management side of large structural concrete packages — data center and commercial work Own job setup, budgets, cost reporting, change orders, submittals and closeout Work alongside the field leadership team to plan and deliver the project Site-based day to day, with regular time at the regional office for project and financial reviews Early hire in a growing division — genuine path upward as the region builds out What they're looking for: 3+ years of project management experience on structural concrete projects Self-perform concrete background preferred; data center or large industrial/warehouse backgrounds also considered Strong PE/FE profiles ready to step up into a PM seat will be considered Any estimating or takeoff exposure is a bonus, not a requirement Based in (or willing to relocate to) the DC/Maryland area Why move: One of the few contractors in the region actively growing while others are cutting back Employee-owned culture with a strong internal promotion track record Salary shown is real and based on experience — no games at offer stage Apply with your resume or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
