Job Description
Railroad Concrete Tie Manufacturing Plant We are hiring for a permanent position with great family benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities. Wages increase as you learn to operate critical production machines. We are an essential business supporting the railroad industry—steady work, non-stop. The Laborer performs physical tasks in our production plant: operate hand/power tools, clean/prepare forms, clean up debris, assist craft workers, and follow instructions. Learn the trade through on-the-job training and work experience.
Essential Functions:
Care, clean, and organize form material in shop, trucks, and job sites. Perform tasks from other job descriptions as needed per schedule. Learn to operate forklifts and cranes- in-house certification training provided as part of on-the-job training and work experience. Safety Oriented
