Job Description
Concrete Finisher / Form Setter — Link and Sons LLC Sarasota / Bradenton, FL • Full-time • $25-$30/hr Link and Sons is a structural concrete and masonry subcontractor working on custom coastal homes across Sarasota, Bradenton, and Boca Grande. We self-perform footings, slabs, walls, columns, tie beams, CMU, and helical piles. We're hiring an experienced finisher/form setter who can set forms to line and grade, place rebar, and finish clean. What you'll do: Set and strip forms from plans — footings, slabs, walls, grade and tie beams Place and tie rebar to spec Pour, screed, float, trowel, and finish concrete Work safely with the crew and keep the pour on schedule What you need: Hands-on experience setting forms and finishing concrete Read structural plans and work to dimensions Rebar placement experience; CMU/masonry a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable with physical work outdoors in Florida heat;
