Concrete Worker Location:
Bradenton, FL Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Minimum Qualifications Previous experience as a Concrete Worker, concrete finisher, mason, or in a related construction trade preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques, hand tools, and power tools. Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Job Description Ad-Vance Talent Solutions has partnered with an internationally recognized leader in premium marinas and floating dock solutions to hire experienced Concrete Workers in Bradenton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable Concrete Worker seeking long-term employment in a growing manufacturing environment within the marine industry. The Concrete Worker will assist with the production, repair, and finishing of concrete components used in marine and waterfront infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing and stripping forms, measuring and mixing materials, pouring and finishing concrete, installing rebar and reinforcing materials, and performing concrete repairs as needed. Additional duties include operating hand and power tools, reading basic construction drawings, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and working closely with supervisors and team members to ensure quality production and on-time project completion. Candidates should be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is for a 6-week project but could possibly go permanent.
