Concrete and Epoxy Installer

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete and Epoxy Installer, where you'll play a vital role in transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for applying concrete and epoxy coatings that enhance durability and aesthetic appeal, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of concrete and epoxy materials Mix and pour concrete using mixers, ensuring proper consistency and placement according to project specifications Install rebar, metal studs, and formwork to create sturdy foundations and structures Apply epoxy coatings, sealants, caulking, and stucco finishes with precision for a smooth, durable surface Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely while adhering to all safety protocols Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate efficient workflow on-site Conduct masonry work including tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration tasks as needed Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and plastering tools for detailed finishing work Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving carpentry, roofing, framing, and metal stud framing Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete installation, finishing techniques, and epoxy application Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment (such as concrete pumps), and commercial driving vehicles Knowledge of rebar installation, form building, masonry work including tile laying and flooring installation Understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, welding operations, and site restoration practices Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards throughout the project lifecycle Strong mechanical knowledge combined with skills in carpentry (trim carpentry), plastering, caulking, stucco application, and metal framing Join us if you're passionate about construction craftsmanship!
