Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Cement Stucco Finishers for ongoing weekly assignments on a 3-story residential construction project . Workers will perform exterior stucco and cement finishing work, including surface preparation, application, patching, and final finishing. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and following all jobsite safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
Apply and finish cement and stucco on residential exterior surfaces Prepare walls and surfaces before application Mix, spread, smooth, and texture stucco materials Repair and patch existing stucco areas as needed Work safely on scaffolding and elevated work areas Maintain quality workmanship and a clean work environment Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cement Stucco Finisher required Experience on residential construction projects preferred Comfortable working on a 3-story building Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Schedule:
Weekly assignments 30-40 hours per week Monday-Sunday (hours may vary based on project schedule) Labor Finders is an equal opportunity employer.
