Concrete Finisher / Finishero de curba

Concrete Finisher - Site & Civil Concrete Construction Impact Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing Site/Civil Concrete Division. We specialize in commercial site concrete including curb and gutter, sidewalks, valley gutters, aprons, dumpster pads, inlets, and miscellaneous site concrete work. Candidates must have experience finishing site concrete, working from grade stakes, and maintaining production and quality standards on commercial projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of site/civil concrete finishing experience Must be able to read and understand grade stakes Experience with curb and gutter, sidewalks, valley gutters, and site flatwork Ability to set and check forms, grades, and elevations Knowledge of screeding, floating, edging, jointing, and broom finishing Ability to work from plans, string lines, and grade information Experience working around heavy equipment and site crews Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities:

Finish commercial site concrete to project specifications Read and work from grade stakes and layout provided Perform broom finishes, edging, jointing, and detail work Assist with forming, grading, and concrete placement Verify proper elevations, slopes, and drainage requirements Work closely with foremen and equipment operators to maintain production goals Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Follow all company safety policies and procedures Ensure finished work meets company and project standards

Compensation:

$24-$30/hr depending on experience, plus overtime opportunities and performance bonuses for qualified candidates.
