Green Cove Springs, FL (32043) Job Description As a General Laborer, you will contribute to the setup of forms for concrete seawall sections and light poles. You will assist in placing rebar into forms before concrete pumping and subsequently remove the forms, finishing the product with grinding and polishing. Additionally, you will help transport the finished product outside the facility using a forklift and crane for storage until shipment. Responsibilities Assist in setting up forms for concrete seawall sections and light poles. Place rebar in forms before concrete pumping. Remove forms and finish products with grinding and polishing techniques. Transport finished products using a forklift and crane. Ensure safe and efficient storage of products until shipment. Essential Skills Experience with production and general labor tasks. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate forklifts and cranes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in non-climate controlled environments. Background in physically demanding labor positions. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a non-climate controlled facility, spending 80-90% of the time indoors. The shift is from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and rare Saturday work. Gain valuable skills in operating sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Cove Springs, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
