Established in 1979, we specialize in post-tension solutions, concrete repair, value engineering, and design services. Our commitment to enhancing the integrity and durability of structures worldwide sets us apart. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent in Concrete Restoration to join our team. This role involves managing multiple scopes in challenging environments, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and contributing to extraordinary architectural achievements. Responsibilities Lead and manage crews in concrete restoration projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. Oversee concrete demo, formwork, rebar placement, patching, and waterproofing activities. Maintain strong field documentation and communication with team members and stakeholders. Apply project management and engineering principles to solve project challenges effectively. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in concrete restoration or repair. Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management preferred; civil engineering a plus. Familiarity with concrete reinforcing systems and post-tension industry structures is advantageous. Proficient in Auto-CAD and able to evaluate building construction documents for accuracy. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and reporting abilities. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
