$100,000 - $130,000Position SummaryThe Area Superintendent, Concrete provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple job sites, crews, and concrete superintendents. This role ensures that manpower, equipment, quality, and productivity are effectively coordinated so projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise multiple job sites and/or concrete superintendents throughout Northeast FloridaConduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, workmanship, and crew performanceEnsure all work is completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality expectationsIdentify and resolve field issues that may impact cost, schedule, or safetyCoordinate manpower planning, crew assignments, and equipment needs with project managersCollaborate with procurement to ensure the timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipmentReview and approve timesheets, daily reports, and other field documentationMentor and coach superintendents, foremen, and field personnelSupport training, performance development, and leadership growth across teamsMaintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and internal stakeholdersProvide updates on progress, challenges, and resource needsPromote and enforce company safety policies and procedures across all projects

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in concrete construction, including at least 2 years overseeing multiple crews or job sitesDemonstrated leadership ability with experience in mentoring and managing field teamsStrong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and project specificationsExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordOSHA 30 certification preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusCandidates who fill out the skills and questions move to the front of the line.
