• 4:30 PM (Varied Hours + Overtime) Position Overview Join a local concrete manufacturer producing high-quality pre-cast concrete products in a heavy construction environment.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and craftsmanship while contributing to daily production goals. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a production team to meet daily output targets Mix, transport, and pour concrete into prepared forms Operate overhead cranes for larger loads and perform heavy lifting Use trowels and finishing tools to smooth and shape concrete surfaces Apply stains, sealants, and waterproofing products as required Maintain punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members What We're Looking For Experience in construction, concrete, or manufacturing preferred Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment Safety-conscious, dependable, and a strong team player Willingness to work overtime when needed Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Plans 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed) Vacation Pay Life Insurance Referral Bonuses Apply Today!
