Job Description

Are you ready for your new career with Shark Coatings?!?! Our installers are the finest in the industry. Join our forward-thinking team and start ASAP!! If you're production hungry, ready to make money and love working outside, you could be the perfect fit! Our coating installers are making upwards of $40 per hour and loving it!! The harder you work, the more you make!! We coat garage floors, driveways, pool decks, patios and more.
Job requirements:
Must have a truck 15 years old or less that can pull at least 8000-pounds. Must live near (90-mile radius) Jacksonville and Debary Florida currently. Must be money motivated and detail oriented. We have extremely high standards and only want the best to join our elite team. Our training program sets you up for success and after a few (or more) weeks you will be working independently and making a lot of $$$. Our training program pays $800 per week. After completion, you get your trailer and a rewarding career. Lead installers must have qualifying truck. This position requires a truck that can pull a 16' trailer with a 5000-pound tow capacity. Lead installers make approx. $90k to $125k annually.

Someone Who Is:

Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity. Duties include, but not limited to : applying our polyaspartic coating by brush and roller to concrete. Using hand and floor grinders. Lifting buckets approximately 50 pounds or more. your Shark Coatings trailer. Physical labor will be performed.
Preferred qualities:
CDL License, Construction background, Familiar and able to work with required use of PPE, Painting experience, Hand tool experience, Trackable work history, and able to pass a background and driver's license screening.
