Concrete Resurfacing Technician/Crew Member Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Resurfacing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, repairing, and resurfacing concrete surfaces to restore their appearance and functionality. No prior experience is required, but previous work in resurfacing concrete or polishing is a plus. Training will be provided to ensure you can perform the job with confidence and precision. We meet everyday at the container in Palmetto and then head to the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation:

  Grind off old or damaged concrete surfaces to ensure a smooth base for resurfacing.

• Concrete Resurfacing:

  Apply concrete overlays, coatings, or other resurfacing materials as needed.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  Keep work areas clean and organized during and after projects.

• Use of Tools:

  Operate power tools and equipment such as grinders, polishers, and pressure washers.

• Inspection:

  Inspect work to ensure surfaces are prepared correctly and that resurfacing is completed to quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience necessary, but experience in resurfacing or polishing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to use power tools and heavy equipment (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Full-time position. Paid every Friday.
