Full-time / Part-time available U Plus Me LLC is looking to hire a reliable helper for decorative concrete, pool deck resurfacing, epoxy coatings, and exterior surface restoration projects. We are a growing company that works on pool decks, patios, driveways, garages, commercial floors, and other concrete surfaces. We are looking for someone who wants to work, learn, show up on time, and grow with the company. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Helping prep concrete surfaces by grinding, pressure washing, scraping, cleaning, and masking areas Assisting with decorative overlays, pool deck resurfacing, epoxy floors, flake systems, quartz systems, and sealers Mixing materials and helping keep the crew moving efficiently Carrying tools, materials, grinders, hoses, buckets, and equipment Taping, masking, protecting walls, screens, pool areas, doors, and landscaping Cleaning job sites before, during, and after the project Learning proper application steps for coatings, stains, sealers, overlays, and epoxy systems Helping maintain tools, machines, trailers, and work vehicles Following directions from the crew leader or owner Representing the company professionally around customers Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must have reliable transportation to get to the shop or job site Must be able to work outside in Florida heat Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must be willing to do physical labor Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn Must be respectful around customers and other workers Must keep phone use limited during work hours Construction, concrete, painting, epoxy, pressure washing, or coating experience is a plus, but not required Experience That Helps Experience in any of the following is a plus: Concrete grinding Pool deck resurfacing Epoxy or flake flooring Decorative concrete overlays Painting or drywall Pressure washing Pavers or pool deck work General construction labor What We Offer Steady work with a growing company Opportunity to learn a skilled trade Room to grow into higher pay and more responsibility Hands-on training Different types of projects, not the same thing every day A company that values quality workmanship Schedule Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays when needed.
