Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Coating Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will help enhance durability, aesthetics, and functionality of various concrete structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in surface preparation, coating application, and finishing techniques. Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of coatings Apply various types of concrete coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, stains, and sealers using hand tools and airless spray equipment Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and coating requirements Use power tools and hand tools for surface preparation, mixing materials, and finishing details Perform quality checks throughout the application process to ensure consistent coverage and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and specifications Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Qualifications Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Familiarity with hand tools, power tools. Strong understanding of color theory and industrial painting practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in surface preparation and coating application Handyman experience or background in remodeling is a plus Join our team to bring your expertise in construction painting and surface coatings to life!
