Experienced Concrete Finisher

Job Description:

Concrete Soldiers is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the trade, and can produce high-quality finishes with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position — experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Finish concrete to a high standard (smooth, broom, stamped, etc.) Set forms, pour, and properly level concrete Use hand and power tools (trowels, floats, screeds, etc.) Read and follow job specifications and site plans Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques Work efficiently with crew to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

Proven experience as a concrete finisher Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physical labor Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Must be able to work as part of a team
