RF3, LLC
is a growing concrete and site construction subcontractor serving residential and commercial projects across the Southeast. We're looking for an experienced boom pump operator who takes pride in safe, efficient pours and knows how to keep a job moving. You'll work directly with our crews and GC partners on active construction sites — this is a hands-on, high-accountability role with steady work.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and break down concrete boom pump equipment safely and efficiently on residential and commercial job sites Drive and transport the pump unit to and between job sites in compliance with DOT regulations Perform daily pre-trip inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; report equipment issues promptly Coordinate with concrete finishers, foremen, and ready-mix drivers to maintain pour timing and quality Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols; maintain a clean and organized equipment area Complete required daily logs, inspection forms, and any paperwork related to equipment operation and DOT compliance
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license Current DOT medical examiner's certificate (medical card) Minimum 2 years of verifiable boom pump operator experience Ability to read and work from site plans and pour schedules Clean MVR and willingness to submit to pre-employment and random drug screening Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments Reliable transportation to report to the yard or designated job sites Preferred qualifications: Experience operating Putzmeister, Schwing, Alliance, or similar boom pump equipment Familiarity with residential tract construction and production pour environments ACPA or ACI pump operator certification
Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
