How You Will Make an Impact Execute precise residential concrete estimating, material takeoffs, and labor hour calculations from day one. Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers. Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications. Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness. Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders. Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience estimating residential foundation projects. Professional fluency in Planswift software with a proven discipline for building labor hours into estimates. Deep technical knowledge of concrete mixes, finishes, rebar, forming, and pour logistics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills used for organizing information and updating builders. Proven ability to manage complex live schedules and coordinate logistics with concrete and pump suppliers. Preferred additional Qualifications & Experience Existing General Contractor relationships within Georgia or the broader Southeast region. Hands-on field background serving previously as a foreman, superintendent, or project manager. Advanced experience with Trimble FieldLink, CAD input, tilt-up, post-tensioned, or site concrete. Strong familiarity with commercial concrete estimating and fluid knowledge of ADA codes for sidewalks.
