Job Title:

Concrete Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial concrete projects. Experience in forming, pouring, and finishing is highly valued. Candidates with 3-4 years of hands-on experience are preferred. Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential, commercial, and agricultural job sites. Read and interpret blueprints , site plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy. Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet safety and production goals . Ensure the proper forming, pouring, finishing, and curing of all concrete work. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members. Essential Skills 3-4 years of hands-on concrete experience (residential or commercial). Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and placement . Proficiency in operating and overseeing the use of concrete tools and equipment . Ability to manage and motivate a crew while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Possession of a valid driver's license . Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to travel and stay overnight during the work week, with hotel accommodations provided. Strong work ethic, reliability, and high attention to detail . Experience with agricultural or industrial concrete (such as bin foundations or grain pits) is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment This is an intermediate-level position that requires travel to job sites across Iowa and surrounding states. You will work on a diverse range of projects , including foundations, flat work, machine shops, and large-scale agricultural buildings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
