SUMMARY Concrete Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is looking for an experienced Skid Loader Operator/Concrete Laborer for our Heavy Highway division. The Skid Loader Operator/Concrete Laborer will be responsible for operating concrete construction equipment and performing various daily maintenance, as well as assisting with general concrete laborer tasks including but not limited to setting up, pouring, forming, and paving.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely and skillfully operate skid loader to move and grade dirt in tight spaces around other equipment and people. Manage equipment maintenance; including lube, oil changes, and other standard maintenance needs per the manufacturer's specifications. Perform daily pre- and post-use safety inspections on equipment. Assist crews in daily concrete production when equipment work is complete. Always maintain jobsite clear from clutter and garbage. Follow all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations. Other job-related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3+ years of previous experience of operating required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Able to accurately read and interpret plans and specifications. Able to read and interpret site survey control points. Professional, friendly, posses a positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive. Work well in a team environment. Must pass post conditional offer of employment physical.
