We specialize in flat work for both residential and commercial projects across Iowa & Western Illinois. If you have a strong background in concrete and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.

Position Details Title:

Full-Time Concrete Finisher Pay:

$25-$30/hour + commission on completed paid jobs

Experience Required:

5+ years in the concrete industry What You'll Do Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain all tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles in clean and working order Manage daily job schedule and demonstrate excellent time management and independence Concrete flatwork What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Residential and commercial finishing experience Experience in concrete flatwork Skid loader & mini excavator experience Ability to travel for work, including occasional overnight stays (Company van & per-diem provided) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety What We Offer Paid training and continuous learning opportunities Health insurance Overtime available during peak seasons Simple IRA with company match Paid time off
