Concrete Laborer 📍 Cedar Falls, IA We are seeking a hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team in Cedar Falls, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and being part of a reliable construction crew. What You'll Do Assist with concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing Set up and tear down forms and job sites Use hand and power tools safely Follow safety guidelines and directions from supervisors Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently Required Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license Proven experience in concrete finishing Proficiency with: Hand and power trowels Hand and power screeds Floats and finishing tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Outdoor construction sites Crew size of 5-6 team members Fast-paced, physically active role Typical workweeks of 45-50 hours Schedule Day shift- 7:00am-4:30pm Overtime available and expected as project demands increase What We Offer Overtime pay Advancement opportunities - we promote from within Performance-based end-of-year bonuses Full benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Vacation / PTO Paid holidays Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Waterloo, IA.
