Description About Roe Painting Roe Painting is a growing company specializing in residential and commercial painting and concrete coatings. We're built on quality work, clear communication, and results our customers can count on. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Concrete Coatings Applicator who takes pride in transforming and protecting concrete surfaces. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who values precision and quality from prep to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute concrete coating projects independently from prep to completion Assess and prepare surfaces — grinding, crack repair, leveling, cleaning, and moisture testing Apply epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems using professional-grade equipment Ensure consistent thickness, smooth finishes, and long-lasting durability Communicate clearly with clients and crew members on-site Maintain clean job sites and follow safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of concrete coatings experience preferred Strong knowledge of surface prep and coating systems Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job Strong work ethic and takes pride in the finished product Why Join Roe Painting?
