Precast Concrete & Yard Assistant

Snake River Concrete Products LLC is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to help with daily concrete operations, loading trailers, and precast production. This is a hands-on position working around equipment, trailers, concrete production, and jobsite preparation. No concrete experience is required — we will train the right person. What You'll Be Doing Loading short-load concrete trailers Assisting with concrete pours Helping produce precast concrete products Backing and maneuvering trailers safely Operating skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment Cleaning and maintaining the yard and equipment Assisting with deliveries and general shop tasks What We're Looking For Good attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and on time Comfortable working outdoors Experience operating equipment is preferred Strong trailer backing skills are highly preferred Concrete or precast experience is a bonus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth Steady work Hands-on training Small team environment with room to advance If you're someone who likes working with equipment, building things, and staying busy, we'd like to talk with you.
