TY EISINGER CONSTRUCTION LLC
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various concrete-related projects, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained throughout. Your energy and attention to detail will help bring construction visions to life, from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades within the construction industry while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and layout of concrete forms using blueprint reading and schematics for accurate placement. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces. Install rebar and metal reinforcement to strengthen concrete structures according to engineering plans. Support the installation of hardscape elements such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols on-site. Assist with concrete clean up and finishing Qualifications
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE- MUST HAVE CONCRETE EXPERIENCE
Prior construction site experience with knowledge of concrete work is highly recommended, but open to hiring and training the right person. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and schematics interpretation. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. Familiarity with safety procedures related to construction sites and concrete work practices.
