CONCRETE AND CARPENTRY LABORERS

Job Overview We are seeking energetic, hard working and dedicated Concrete and Exterior Carpentry Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing a variety of concrete and carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and safety standards. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to create durable structures and surfaces. Support rebar installation, form setting, and concrete curing processes to ensure structural integrity. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and renovations. Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, site cleanup, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete work and carpentry techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing scaffolds or ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license required. In the winter months we have snowplow contracts, so there is work in the winter. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.
