Field Leadership Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct field crews, safety, equipment, and materials, and schedules on jobsites
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers
- Effectively manage tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory for project sites
- Review the work progress on daily basis with Project Manager
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks on our sites.

Minimum 2 years field construction experience- field leadership experience a plus.

- low/high temperatures, rain, snow, wind, etc Experience in concrete forming, placing, and finishing Be able to competently operate company equipment vehicles, trailers, site equipment Effective and concise communication skills Working knowledge of blueprints/drawings Effectively manage a crew of 2-10 along with site conditions, materials, equipment, etc Current OSHA, and/or construction specific training certifications a plus!
