Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces. Support rebar installation to reinforce concrete structures according to project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for form setting, surface smoothing, and minor repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Help with the setup and dismantling of concrete forms and frameworks used in various construction phases. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site preparation and material handling. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior construction site experience working with concrete or related trades is highly preferred. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques including troweling, floating, and edging. Familiarity with rebar installation, form building, and blueprint reading enhances your effectiveness on the job. Experience operating power tools such as mixers, saws, drills, and concrete pumps is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in outdoor or challenging environments. Basic understanding of schematics, metal stud framing, masonry, welding, and other related construction disciplines is a plus.
