We are a family owned company who has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. We are a perennial winner of the Chicago Tribune's Top Workplace Award. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible & friendly Concrete Coating Specialist to join our team. Primary duties include:
Surface Preparation:
Mechanically profile concrete using industrial diamond grinders, vacuums, and crack-repair systems to ensure maximum adhesion.
Coating Application:
Mix and apply polyurea base coats, broadcast decorative flakes, and roll clear top coats according to manufacturer specifications.
Equipment Management:
Load/unload trucks, maintain high-powered plural-component spray or mixing equipment, and keep jobsites clean and organized.
Customer Service:
Interact professionally with clients on-site and ensure the finished project meets 5-star quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
(2+) years of hands-on home improvement, painting, or concrete coating experience (Preferred but not strictly required—we will train the right, coachable candidate).
Physical Fitness:
Capable of frequent bending, kneeling, walking, and standing for long periods, with the ability to lift up to (70\) lbs.
Work Ethic:
High attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a reliable, on-time mindset.
License:
