OPCMIA Local 18 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team of skilled Cement Masons and Plasterers. Responsibilities Place, screed, finish, and repair concrete surfaces on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Operate hand tools, power trowels, riding trowels, grinders, saws, and other concrete finishing equipment. Set forms, grades, screeds, and layout controls for accurate concrete placement. Perform patching, grinding, saw-cutting, grouting, dry-pack installation, and concrete repair work. Construct and finish sidewalks, curbs, gutters, slabs, paving, foundations, stairs, and structural concrete. Apply plaster, stucco, and specialty finishes as required by project specifications. Read and follow construction plans, specifications, and safety procedures. Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules and production goals. Work effectively as part of a crew and contribute to a safe and productive jobsite.
Pay:
$24.91 - $34.62 per hour
