We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paver Project Specialist to lead and execute paving projects with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of paving operations, ensuring high-quality results on construction sites. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, concrete work, and construction site management will drive successful project completion. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and dump trucks to prepare and execute paving projects efficiently Manage concrete mixers, pumps, and finishing tools to ensure smooth, durable pavement surfaces Install rebar and formwork to support concrete structures before paving begins Coordinate with team members to execute paving tasks accurately according to project specifications Conduct routine maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction zones, including traffic control measures when necessary Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, pumping, forming, and finishing techniques Strong background in paving projects within commercial or large-scale construction environments Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues swiftly on-site Knowledge of rebar installation and concrete curing processes is highly desirable Valid commercial driver's license with experience in operating commercial vehicles preferred Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to building lasting infrastructure!
