The successful candidate for our Master Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring Foreperson & Crew opportunities will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

$23-$30/hour (Foreperson) +

Key Responsibilities:
Expert Installation:
Lead the application of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and specialized hard surface flooring systems
Surface Mastery:
Oversee technical preparation, including patching, repairing, and precision cleaning
Project Leadership:
Manage production targets, equipment maintenance, and material efficiency while maintaining strict OSHA / safety compliance Qualifications for
Professionals:
Industry Experience:
Minimum 2+ year(s) of commercial flooring experience is required
Mobility:
Ability to travel, including overnights and weekends, as project demands dictate (per diem provisions)
Compliance:
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation; must pass pre-employment drug screen and resipirator fit test. Drug Free Workplace - EOE (M/F/V/D) - E-Verify Employer
