Excavation, Plumbing, Concrete & General Carpentry Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer with 3 plus years of experience in general construction and related trades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in all phases of pool construction, from excavation to final finishing, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Excavation, Plumbing, Concrete & General Carpentry Key Responsibilities:

Execute all stages of swimming pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, rebar installation, concrete application, tiling, and decking. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of designs. Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow. Operate and maintain construction tools, equipment, and machinery. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges promptly and effectively. Conduct quality control to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations. Experienced Construction Laborer•

Excavation, Plumbing, Concrete & General Carpentry Qualifications and Skills:

1-2 years minimum of proven experience in general construction or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans or willingness to learn. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel out of town (in company vehicles) during the week approximately 60% of the time. Preferred but not mandatory, experience with pool installations and/or knowledge of pool systems.
