Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and related construction tasks. 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete finishing (floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishes) and adherence to safety standards. Duties Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and grading. Finish surfaces using hand tools, such as trowels, floats, and edgers, to achieve desired textures and finishes. Install forms and reinforcements as needed for structural integrity. Collaborate with other construction team members, including carpenters and laborers, to complete projects efficiently. Assist in hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Experience Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with the following skills: Hands-on experience with rebar installation, form building, and concrete forming techniques Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including mixers, pumps, lifts, or other machinery used in concrete work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols for site operations Previous experience in renovation or restoration projects involving stucco, plastering, or metal stud framing is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a commitment to quality work, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity as a Concrete Finisher with Exterior Service.
