This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can step in, hands on working, take charge, and run a crew independently with confidence and precision Running a crew (typically 3-5 guys) Managing jobs from tear-out to final finish Proper layout and site prep Accurately squaring foundations, slabs, driveways, and patios Setting forms, grading, and ensuring everything is level and precise Overseeing pours and executing clean, professional finishes Keeping jobs on schedule (most projects completed in 1-5 days ) Maintaining quality control — no callbacks, no shortcuts Communicating with customers when needed in a professional manner.
