You will report to a Project Superintendent or Project Executive and be expected to set the standard on site every day. This is not a desk job. This is a field leadership role for someone who takes pride in what gets built and how it gets built. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct self-perform concrete crews and coordinate with subcontractors and trade labour across your scope Own the site safety programme and ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards at all times Develop and maintain project schedules; create and implement recovery plans to protect the programme Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work conforms to approved contract documents Manage billing processes — work-in-place estimates, payrolls, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers on field issues and resolve them efficiently Supervise, mentor, and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns on your team Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules with confidence What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of superintendent-level experience in commercial concrete construction Self-perform concrete background is essential — CIP, flatwork, elevated slabs, structural concrete, footings, and foundations Proven track record managing and developing field teams on large-scale commercial projects OSHA 30 certified (required) Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred — equivalent experience considered Strong communication and leadership skills across field, management, and owner teams Must be legally authorised to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future What's On Offer Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $150,000 dependent on experience 401(k) with company contributing 3% of salary annually plus matching up to 5% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and time off Short and long term disability insurance Life insurance Employee Assistance Program Strong internal career progression — this company is built around promoting from within The stability and resources of the number one construction company in the United States A pipeline of work that gives you long-term security and opportunity How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your CV to: All applications are treated in the strictest confidence.
